By using Staroom, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. These terms are designed to ensure a secure and transparent experience for both the Service and the User. Please exit the app immediately if you do not agree to ALL terms listed below.
1. General Provisions & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between Staroom (Sole Proprietorship) and the individual user ("User", "You"). This Service includes all analytical data, real-time energy dynamics, and celestial planning insights provided via the mobile application, website, and related digital channels.
By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use paid features.
2. Analytical & Personal Growth Disclaimer
Staroom is for personal exploration, self-improvement, and entertainment only.
The insights and energy levels provided are based on astronomical data sets and algorithmic calculations. They DO NOT constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: Medical, Legal, Financial, Psychiatric, or Professional Consultation.
Staroom does not guarantee any specific outcomes or the absolute accuracy of its celestial calculations. You use this information at your sole risk and discretion. We assume no liability for life decisions made based on Service content or timing suggestions.
3. Subscription Plans (In-App Purchases)
Staroom provides "Premium" features via auto-renewing subscription models, managed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
- Billing Cycle: Fees are charged to your linked Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation Policy: Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions via iOS System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Staroom does not have the authority to issue refunds for Apple-managed payments.
4. Objectionable Content & User Conduct (Apple Compliance)
Staroom operates under a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior. Accounts will be terminated immediately without refund for:
- Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory remarks.
- Spreading misinformation or illegal content.
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the Service's technical infrastructure.
- Commercial exploitation of the Service's data.
5. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Propriety
The Service, including its distinctive design, code, "Energy Dynamics" logic, "Optimal Timing" algorithms, and unique visual representation of celestial data, is the exclusive intellectual property of Staroom.
Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse-engineering the Service's logic or design is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staroom and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from (a) your use of the Service; (b) the accuracy of content; (c) any unauthorized access to our secure servers.
7. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the territory where the operator is registered. Legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the local courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Staroom. Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce these terms upon your acceptance.
